If you qualify for our concessionary prices, you should

the concessionary order form.
If you wish to discuss discounts for multiple copies or are ordering
from outside the UK, you should not use this form (unless you have
spoken to us first) but
contact us directly.
We do not accept returns of resources you have ordered to purchase. We
provide a
preview service for you to evaluate
the suitability of resources.
All titles are normally supplied on DVD, with any relevant printable
resources on a CD-rom. Please ask us if you need VHS copies or printed
manuals.
