for Angel Productions resources for the workplace

Angel Productions owns copyright in all its productions. Copies are supplied on condition that

1. they are for the Customer’s use only, and are not to be shown in public or to fee paying audiences.

2. no video or DVD or any part of it may be copied or duplicated in any way.

3. the Customer may not loan, hire, lease or re-sell them.

Liability

Angel Productions will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Customer caused by any errors or omissions in the content of productions or training events, nor by late delivery or non-delivery of materials.

Ordering & payment

Please use our order form or order by letter or e-mail, stating that you accept our Terms & Conditions 2010. All prices include packing and delivery by parcel post within the UK. Delivery elsewhere or by different methods will be at additional cost. Payment should be by bank transfer, cheque payable to Angel Productions or by credit card through this website. You may enclose a cheque with your order or you will be invoiced. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, after which interest may be charged on any outstanding balance.

Returns

We do not accept returns of resources you have ordered to purchase.  We provide a preview service for you to evaluate the suitability of resources. 

Replacement

We recommend you to check that your insurance policy covers the cost of replacing lost videos and DVDs. We will replace any damaged or worn out copies returned to us for a nominal charge when our stocks permit.

Concessionary prices

The listed concessionary purchase prices are available at the discretion of Angel Productions for charities, trades unions and small employers (for their internal use only): when you order, please write explaining why you believe you qualify. Concessionary prices are only available for purchases direct from Angel Productions.

Rental

You may rent copies of our productions in the UK for seven days at the listed prices (including delivery to you: return carriage will be at your expense). If you wish to purchase a copy after renting it, we will deduct the rental cost from the purchase price. If the copy is not returned undamaged within three days of the specified return date, you will be charged the purchase price.

Preview...

... at preview centres

You can see our productions free of charge at preview centres in the UK and Ireland; ask us for details of your nearest centre. We also have distributors in Australia and New Zealand, China and in South Africa. If you wish to order or preview from any other country, please contact us by email.

... on your premises

Alternatively, in the UK, we can supply copies for preview on your premises for seven days. The listed prices are for packaging and delivery to you: return carriage will be at your expense. If you wish to purchase a copy after previewing it, we will deduct the packaging and delivery charge from the purchase price. If the copy is not returned undamaged within three days of the specified return date, you will be charged the purchase price.

Special copies

We can supply the following (contact us for prices):

1. copies on different video formats or for use on your intranet.

2. copies on video standards for overseas use.

3. ‘customised’ DVDs or videos combining the sections of our videos you want to use, in the order you want to use them.
