Workplace mediation fees, expenses and cancellation policy
Angel Productions mediators are trained, skilled and fully qualified in
workplace mediation and all have many years of relevant experience. But
our mediation service is newly established and this is reflected in our
exceptionally competitive fee structure.
Our standard fees for 2012
are:
Full day £500 plus VAT
Half day £300 plus VAT
A typical mediation
consists of:
- Individual meetings between the mediator and each party
- The
joint mediation meeting between the mediator and both parties
- A follow-up meeting between the mediator and both parties a
few weeks later
A full day can include one or both individual meetings between
the mediator and the parties in the morning, followed by the joint
mediation meeting in the afternoon. The joint mediation meeting will
always be billed as a full day, even if no other meetings take place on
that day. A half day can include one or both individual meetings
between the mediator and the parties, or the follow-up meeting between
the mediator and the parties.
Expenses: we do not normally charge for
travelling time. We charge you for the mediator’s travelling expenses
and overnight accommodation (if required) unless you provide these.
The agreed fees are payable irrespective of the outcomes of the
mediation. If you cancel a mediation meeting, we require notification
at least ten business days before the meeting date for a full waiver of
the fee. Cancellations made within ten business days will be charged 50%
of the fee. Cancellations made within five business days or less are not
refundable (this includes meetings at which one or more participants do
not show up).
